Executive Biography:

2000 – Present       Realtor.      Long & Foster, Realtors, McLean, Virginia 22101

• My career as a real estate agent began with Long & Foster, and during these past five years, I have successfully built my business, averaging an annual increase in earnings of thirty-seven percent (37%). 
• Using a combination of traditional marketing techniques and strong customer service delivery skills, I have built a solid referral network and client-base within such companies as The Washington Post, Time Warner (AOL Division), Boeing, Freddie Mac, Pfizer, as well as many government organizations. 
•  I am presently a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR),  Long & Foster’s Founders Club (Volume between $10-$20 Million), and in the top one percent (1%) of real estate earners nation wide.
• My personal achievement in real estate has come primarily in the way of research, knowledge, and emphasis on providing service to my clients. A Northern Virginia native, I have focused my career in Virginia, with a market specialization in Arlington and Fairfax Counties, but I am also well informed and conversant with Prince William and Loudoun Counties.  
• Having spent a good portion of my former career as a research and market analyst, I have put these skills to work for my clients, actively researching new communities, county economic and development programs, and social and educational institutions.  I am an active participant and speaker within my office, an occasional resource for The Washington Post, and firmly committed to on-going educational programs through the NVAR.

1993-1999         President.           Phoenix Corporation (PC), McLean, Virginia 22102

§        As founder and President of Phoenix Corporation, a diversified marketing and management consulting company, I directed marketing and research programs, developed strategic business plans, conducted negotiations and contract relations, represented the interests of clients to Congress and US government agencies, e.g., House and Senate, Department of Defense, US Forest Service, and US Postal Service. 

§        A precursor to my interest in real estate was my involvement in the initiation of a pilot program with the U.S. Postal Service, demonstrating how the agency could receive a two to four times greater return on under-performing real estate assets in exchange for credit towards their pre-budgeted goods and services.

I grew up in Arlington County, but have lived in McLean, Falls Church, and as far away as Bristol, England.  Each of these places, I have enjoyed, and can recommend from personal experience, but the benefit of having worked and lived in the Northern Virginia and DC Metropolitan area for over 40 years is that I know a lot about the communities, neighborhoods, and resources of these areas.
